Coach Consult:

A coach consult is a virtual conversation which involves chatting about goals, progress, successes, and roadblocks.  This is an opportunity to change any programs, eating habits, or workouts that need tweaking.  This is a great way to stay motivated and recognized for your hard work, as well!

PT session:

Within your PT session, you will be given a specific workout tailored to your needs, goals, level, and any physical limitations. An example of a session might include a movement preparation phase, followed by a workout focusing on compound and isolated exercises and conclude with a stretching/mobility/stability finish. You will also be given a copy of the workout to chart your progress and properly increase weight, intensity, volume, and duration throughout the week or month.

Meal Plans:

I will design a week-long meal plan consisting of the foods you like including the right amount of macronutrients, and calories that fit your specific needs.  You will also be given a grocery list, cooking tips, and recipes to help you along your healthy eating journey.
